Understanding Call Assistant Add-on
To use the Call Assistant feature, you must have an active Connekz Assistant subscription (Basic, Pro, or Premium). This is an optional add-on that enhances your Connekz Assistant with phone handling capabilities, including a dedicated phone number for your assistant.
The plans above cover the monthly/annual charge for the phone number, along with advanced services like call recordings, transcripts, summaries, and custom branding. When Connekz handles calls (answering, managing queries, creating tasks, etc.), it uses AI brainpower, which consumes Connekz tokens from your subscription. There are no separate minute-based charges or call limits—costs are based solely on the computational operations (tokens) required during and after the call.
