This Billing & Refund Policy explains how billing works for Connekz Assistant subscriptions, Call Assistant add-ons, and Token Packs. It forms part of our Terms of Use. By purchasing or using any paid service you agree to these terms.
We use Stripe to process all payments securely. You must provide accurate billing information. We automatically charge your payment method for subscriptions on each renewal date and for one-time Token Pack purchases at checkout. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes (which we charge when required).
Subscriptions renew automatically monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds or credits for partial periods.
Token Packs are one-time prepaid purchases. Tokens are added to your account immediately and can be used across Connekz services. Unused tokens remain available until fully consumed (no expiry).
We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Increases apply only to future renewals or new purchases. You can cancel before the change takes effect if you do not agree.
You may cancel subscriptions or stop buying Token Packs at any time. If you cancel a subscription voluntarily, remaining tokens stay usable until exhausted. No refunds are issued for unused time or tokens.
All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes subscriptions, Token Packs, add-ons, and any other purchases.
Because Connekz usage incurs real computational costs (tokens, calls, processing), we cannot offer refunds for change of mind, unused service, or dissatisfaction.
Exceptions: Refunds will only be considered where required by applicable law (e.g., billing errors, unauthorised charges, or mandatory consumer rights). In New Zealand this is assessed under the Consumer Guarantees Act where it applies.
We may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment, breach of Terms, or legal reasons. In such cases you lose access to remaining tokens/credits with no refund. Upon termination for any reason you remain responsible for any outstanding charges.

This policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with the real costs of running Connekz. It works together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
